Our Country Critter of the Week is Acorn! He’s running our of time!! Acorn is a playful 2 year old Pitbull mix who is ALL about the fun and love!

He is heartworm negative and has been at the shelter since late November. Acorn knows how to sit on command and is a PRO at catching treats mid air! A real show off when it comes to snack time!

With his boundless energy, he is looking for a family to share his love and excitement. If you are looking for a furry friend who will keep you on your toes and warm your heart, Acorn is the boy for you!

Acorn is available for adoption at Pitt County Animal Services with an adoption fee of $135. This fee includes all age appropriate vaccines, microchipping, heartworm tests, and his neuter!
